Guarantees

Additional guarantee to the rights that the law grants to consumers in the absence of conformity of the product. No guarantee will be processed without a purchase ticket or delivery note. This guarantee will be processed by email to sales@flickhockey.com (attaching ticket or delivery note and product photos) and never in the physical store.

In case we need to see the product physically, the customer will have to send the product to our facilities.

"Flick Hockey accepts changes and returns within a period of 30 calendar days from the date the purchase is made, presenting the purchase receipt.. No product will be changed after this date.

Products must be returned new and unused, with their original packaging and labels attached as received. We will not accept returns or exchanges of any items that don’t meet these requirements.

Returns of purchases made in a physical store will be made only in VOUCHER format (with an expiration date of 1 year). The balance of the voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money. Flick will not replace the Voucher if it is lost, stolen or misplaced.

Returns of online purchases made through our website, whether they have been shipped or collected in the physical store, will be refunded by the same means of payment used for the purchase, and can be made effective up to a period of 30 days, as we have established for any online purchase. In this case, neither the shipping nor the collection costs of the product to be returned will be reimbursed.

Changes/returns of outlet items, sale campaigns/promotions, or personalized products are not allowed, since they have been customised exclusively for you. These products cannot be returned if it is not due to a manufacturing defect.

Purchases made on Black Friday and until January 6 may be returned until the 5th of Febfurary.
